What towns do you service?
We will deliver to towns within a 30 mile radius of Northbridge MA, including RI.
How do I reserve items?
Click the book today tab, enter in event details and choose the items you would like to rent to get your quote.
Do I have to be home for setup or pickup?
No. You can take a picture from your phone of the desired location and text/email it to us, or leave markers (patio chairs, etc) showing us where the tent should be setup, or simply let us know during the booking process.
Will you setup chairs and tables?
No, chairs and tables will arrive stacked on dollies, and it is the customer's responsibility to set them up according to their preference. We ask that you leave our equipment the way you found it. (remove any decorations, try to leave chairs stacked neatly, and not on the ground if possible and keep chairs and tables out of the rain.
When will my items arrive?
We typically deliver and setup 1-2 days before the event and take down 1-2 days after. We try to accommodate your requests for setup times, but we typically have to wait until a week or so before your event to confirm times. We will send out an email 5 to 7 days prior on the week of your event to confirm setup and pickup times.
Do you require a contract?
Yes, we require all customers to agree to a contract before proceeding with the service. The contract is a necessary step to ensure mutual understanding and safeguard both parties involved in the agreement.
What if I have a sprinkler system or a septic tank?
We recommend you to mark out your yard if you have any underground utilities. We will not be held responsible for damages pertaining to underground systems, wires, etc.
When is final payment due?
The total balance of your order must be paid before our arrival with your delivery, 7 days prior to the event.
